High Country Presidents-elect Training Seminar (HCPETS)
Presidents-elect, Presidents-elect Nominees and Assistant Governors can register now for High Country PETS March 4-6, 2022.
Hotel is not included in the registration and we are asked to stay in the conference hotel, the Westin Westminster. Rates from $149/night. Reserve your rooms here.
HCPETS will be held March 4-6, 2022, at the Westin Westminster Hotel in the beautiful Denver suburb of Westminster, Colorado.
The training hosts incoming club presidents, their PE’s, and spouses from 6 Rotary Districts:
- 5390 – Montana
- 5420 – Utah
- 5440 – Wyoming, Northern Colorado, Western Nebraska (Scottsbluff), and Eastern Idaho
- 5440 – Denver and surrounding areas.
- 5470 – Western and Southern Colorado
- 5630 – Western Nebraska
All sessions will be focused on providing incoming leadership with the necessary tools to run their club, invigorate membership, and confidently assume their leadership role.
HCPETS will feature interactive breakout sessions, thought provoking speakers, District updates, and of course – networking. Programming will begin March 4 at noon with free pre-PETS sessions and end Sunday before noon. The training will only be offered in person – there will be no virtual option, and there is not a track for spouses.
For travel from the Denver airport to the hotel you can Uber or arrange a private shuttle – the hotel recommended JC Express 720-324-3797 and they suggested calling ahead to arrange a shuttle time.
