Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a leadership and development program to strengthen Rotary clubs through education, collaboration and exchange of ideas among Rotarians representing small to medium to large Rotary clubs, from rural, as well as urban areas.  If you want to understand the many opportunities for service provided by Rotary International and be a doer in making your community better and bringing peace to the world, then RLI is for you.  Participants will gain a breadth of knowledge about strengthening clubs and understanding the vast array of opportunities to provide service locally, as well as internationally.

RLI is taught sequentially in three modules (Parts) in an atmosphere to engage participants in open discussion, problem solving and creative role-play.  The faculty are experienced Rotarians who emulate “Service Above Self.”  Each module is 6 hours in length.  Each of the three face-to-face modules are provided on three different Saturdays.  (NOTE:  the face-to-face modules are unavailable due to COVID restrictions). Whereas, the virtual training is 3 hours on a Tuesday and 3 hours on a Wednesday evening via ZOOM meeting.   Upon completion of the 18 hour training, a graduation certificate is presented to identify the Rotarian as a more knowledgeable and committed member.
