Note from Governor Powell: We are looking for Tennis Players! I just received the below email and want to have our District represented in the International Tennis Fellowship of Rotarians. See the details of the email below.

ITFR International Tennis Fellowship of Rotarians (www.itfr.org ) is now present in 46 Countries of the five continents with 542 members, nevertheless I notice that not a single ITFR member belongs to your District. This makes any attempt to promote ITFR in your territory more complicated, because I have to contact the district officers that are already very busy with other engagements.

For this reason I would be very thankful if you could help me, through the Rotary Fellowships Chair or the district Secretary, in finding at least one member who is fond of or plays tennis and is interested in joining the network of our fellowship.

ITFR doesn’t request any membership fee and Rotarians, Rotaractors and their wives and husbands can apply for membership.

It will be important to find a little group of members or even just one Rotarian friend who would be our representative in your territory, so to help us in recruiting members and spreading information in the District and in the Country in your mother language.
